• The inmate will pay for the call thru his inmate phone account at the facility.
• All calls are still subject to the prisons rules and regulations on inmate calls.

With our advanced phone system we are able to route the prison calls to 3 different phone numbers including blocked lines and mobile phones in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

State Correctional Facilities and County Prisons and Jails

• You must be able to set up a pre-paid account with the phone provider at the facility (Global Tel-Link (GTL), Correctional Billing (CBS), Inmate Telephone (ITI), V-Connect (VAC), Paytel, City-tel, PCS Daily Dial, T-Netix, Inmate Calling Solutions (ICS), Jpay or any other carrier).
• No more Long-distance fees.
• Does not change your current home or cell phone numbers.
• The facility limits the length of the call (usually 15 to 30 minutes a call).
• All calls are still subject to the prisons rules and regulations on inmate telephone calls

If you have a loved ones incarcerated in the US we can keep you connected no matter where you are in the world.  These plans are for inmate calls from a US Prison or Jail facility to almost any destination in the world. 

The Basic plan includes a local US number and 300 minutes of long distance talk time to a land based phone in most all popular countries.  Additional minutes are only 25 cents per minute so you can talk all you want.

The Mobile plan includes a local US number and 300 minutes of long distance talk time to an international mobile phone or to most additional locations that are not included in the basic plan.  Additional minutes are only 50 cents per minute so you can talk all you want.

When you sign up for one of these plans you are signing up for a local US phone number near the inmate’s prison or jail facility.  This number will be based on the prison or jail facility that the inmate is at.  When the inmate calls this local number we will route the calls through our advanced phone system to 3 of your numbers.  By the inmate calling a local number you will be charged the lowest rate possible for the jail calls.  All of the calls are still subject to the prisons or jails rules and regulations on inmate telephone calls.

Please make note that the inmate will not be able to make a collect call on these local numbers so you will be required to set up a prepaid phone account with the phone carrier at the facility, this carrier could be Global Tel-Link (GTL), Sercures Tech, V-Connect (VAC), Paytel, City-Tel, Offender Connect, Correctional Billing Services (CBS), Inmate Telephone Inc (ITI), PCS Daily Dail (PCS), T-Netix, Inmate Calling Solutions (ICS) or any another phone carrier.  If the inmate is currently calling with a phone card they may continue to do so, but will be charged the lowest rate. You will not be required to set up a prepaid account.  Our office will assist you in setting up all neccessary accounts so the service works and you are getting your calls.
